We strive to deal with your matter as quickly as
possible. To this end we encourage the use of e-mail for
appropriate case updates and information. Not only is e-mail quicker than the postal service, it is
also cheaper and better for the environment.
Naturally, we will not be using
e-mail for sending any sensitive material.
Of course, if you do not have access to e-mail, we will continue to use the telephone and post for all communication.
For your added convenience, we can also, at an extra cost, come to your home or office - and can even offer evening appointments if necessary.
Most important of all, if you don't understand something -
just ask!
At the beginning of the case, we will give you information about the likely
cost of the case and how the charge is calculated. e.g. a fixed fee, an hourly
rate or a percentage fee.
In all cases, we will discuss how the costs are to be met and whether you are eligible for publicly-funded legal services. We can offer comprehensive advice on getting help with your legal costs.
We will keep you informed about the costs throughout the case.
